Insight into Chloe Lane by Nadia

Days of our Lives - Season 47From TV Buzz, MSN TV Blog

No one gives poor Chloe a break. She’s probably one of the only characters – the only female, at least! – who hasn’t tried to murder anybody, poison anybody or any of that. Chloe does everything out of love and people give her so much crap.

From Michael Fairman, On Air, On Soaps

When Chloe was in Salem last, she was so weak.  Now, she has come back stronger and I like that. She has found more of her self and sense of self.  Chloe is not going to let anyone mess with her.

From TV Source Magazine

I like the fact that Patrika [Darbo] is coming back. There were so many unanswered questions as to why Chloe’s family wasn’t really around during her lowest point in her life. And now it kind of helps explains it a little bit. She’s coming back to be supportive of her daughter and help with Parker. It kind of explains a little bit more as to why her parents weren’t around.

They’re (the fans) rooting for Daniel and Chloe to be together, no matter what kind of crazy things Chloe is doing right now. There are people who are not giving up hope, and Chloe is not either. I mean, Daniel’s her baby daddy.

I think Chloe is not a malicious person. She has a lot of love to give and share, but she sometimes makes really quick, irrational decisions to support her

From Daytime Royalty

Chloe’s so well-intentioned, but she does keep digging herself deeper and deeper.  She has the best intentions, of course.  I think she makes really impulsive decisions, obviously out of love.  I think she’s starting to kind of lose sight of what’s really important because she just has her eye on the prize, and the it’s so important to her because she really wants to give her son the life she never had growing up.

From Diva of Days of our Lives

It’s a lot more fun being the schemer…

Nadia returns to Days of our Lives!

That’s right, folks! Nadia is now airing on Days of our Lives.

Here is an EXCLUSIVE LOOK into Chloe’s return to Salem!

Here is an excerpt from Nadia’s September 2012 interview with Michael Logan from TV Guide:

TV Guide Magazine: Your return to Days has been rumored for months! Last February, it was reported in a magazine that talks between you and the show had hit a “stalemate.” Then in April, we read your return was “imminent.” What was all that hoo-hah about?

Bjorlin: [Laughs] I find out a lot about myself through reading magazines. Most of the time I’m, like, “Uh…really?” There was a little bit of talk throughout the year. “Would you ever be interested in returning?” That sort of thing. But never anything concrete. I never put much thought into it so nothing was ever “imminent” and there was certainly no “stalemate.” Now the timing is right. It’s been a year since we’ve seen Chloe. [Laughs] Hopefully, the audience has forgotten what she was up to.

Days of our Lives Nadia Speaks

End of Days

In case you have been living under a rock, Nadia has wrapped her role as ‘Chloe Lane’ on NBC’s daytime drama, Days of our Lives.  She will continue to air until late September (tentatively September 28, 2011).

“It’s a bittersweet moment for me, but fortunately I have been at these crossroads before, and I’ve always rose to the challenge in everything I pursued.  I will miss the cast and crew dearly, and they — including [executive producer] Ken Corday — will always be considered family to me. At the same time, I am excited for where this next chapter in my life takes me.”

Nadia told Michael Fairman,

“Days of our Lives has been such an amazing huge part of my life and I will always be so grateful to them. It would have been 12 years come this October for me on the show as that is when I started working there. I loved playing “Ghoul Girl”. And I adore Chloe and all of her faults as well. Realistically, I was not happy towards the end. OK, I was not happy at all. I felt it was really out of character for Chloe to end up this way. I tried my best to redeem her, but sometimes as an actress there is only so much you can do. But I have always adored the place and everyone who works there.

On one level it does feel like the end of an era, but it does not feel like the end for me. Never say never on Days of our Lives and off screen, all of these people will continue to be in my life. And you never know what is going to happen.”

Stay tuned to see what happens next in Nadia’s career!
